Ye and Ty Dolla $ign's 2024 album VULTURES 1 (as the supergroup, ¥$) is Ye's first collaborative album since his 2018 album with Kid Cudi, KIDS SEE GHOSTS, and as such, delivers celebratory, reunion-like energy. Bridging R&B, classic soul-sample rap, and the lo-fi electro stylings of late-era Ye, VULTURES 1 manages to fuse Ye's go-to productions methods with Ty Dolla's effortlessly smooth vocals. This results in an unpredictable and dynamic listening experience. The album was released digitally in February 2024 and debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, becoming Ye's eleventh and Ty Dolla's first respective USA number one album on the chart in their careers. Internationally, the album topped streaming charts in 72 countries worldwide. Initially, physical copies of VULTURES 1 were available exclusively from the artist's webstore. The album is no longer available via that channel. This new edition marks the first commercial availability of VULTURES 1 to music retailers worldwide.
