2025 marks the 30th anniversary of The Cruel Sea's landmark fourth studio album 'Three Legged Dog'.

Upon release in 1995, the album achieved two weeks atop the ARIA album chart, going on to earn double platinum status; earning three ARIA awards along the way (for Best Group, Producer & Engineer).

It was the third highest selling Australian album in 1995; buoyed by the singles 'Better Get A Lawyer', 'Just A Man', 'Anybody But You' and 'Too Fast For Me'.

Now in 2025 to mark its 30th birthday, the album is presented on vinyl for the very first time. Housed in a beautiful gatefold sleeve and pressed to 180 gram coloured vinyl across two discs, the original 15-track album is spread across Side A, B & C and expanded with a selection of b-sides from the era on Side D.

Following in the footsteps of the 30th anniversary of The Honeymoon Is Over in 2023, which led to the band getting back together to record 2025's first album in decades 'Straight Into The Sun' and accompanying extensive touring - this 30th Anniversary edition of Three Legged Dog honours this important chapter in the continuing story of The Cruel Sea.
