Temper Trap, The - Sungazer (Red Vinyl)

Red Vinyl

Mushroom Music - MUSH030LP1

Indie-rock group The Temper Trap make a triumphant return with Sungazer, a decade on from their last album. An explosive, anthemic new record that looks to the future as much as embodying their wildly successful past. Includes singles 'Giving Up Air', 'Lucky Dimes' and 'Into The Wild'.

The album Sungazer veers from yearning intimacy to full-throttle catharsis, from guitar-riffing indie tunes to heavy electronica, all anchored in Dougy's expansive, instantly recognisable voice. The band set out to create a record that authentically reflects who they are today, and it unequivocally distils two decades of experience into an album that is as invigoratingly surprising as it is unmistakably theirs. The past few years have seen the band return to live stages around the world, huge dance remixes of their hit 'Sweet Disposition' by John Summit, Lost Frequencies and BUNT., and a long-awaited official release of Mac Miller bootleg 'Love Lost'.
